Two volunteers will work with the director in facilitating the dispatch of our teams to various points around the city. Volunteers will also be taught how to answer calls in the ECC. The ECC is a first point of contact for the American Red Cross in ensuring our teams are sent to locations where help is needed, be it a fire, building collapse, vacate or a major emergency like the incident in Chelsea in early September.
